Acceptable use of the Platform includes:

• Using Platform tools and features as intended for legitimate personal use.
• Communicating with the jc92 support team in a respectful and honest manner.

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud jc92, any operator or any other User, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents or manipulated account details.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to abuse promotions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users in any form of collusion intended to obtain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any form of automated software to place bets, interact with the Platform or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. jc92 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement. jc92 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will cooperate with parental controls and verification requests.
• Multi-Accounting: Holding more than one Account on jc92. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
